His talent allowed him to build handmade
vehicles: from the first Coupè 600 (’55), to the Spider (’60) to a small
train for the seashore of Senigallia and later for the gardens of Riva del
Garda; until he built, in 1966, a small special car called "Scoiattolo"
(squirrel), with the engine of the Fiat 500, which could "climb" basically
every mountain-road. In the ex Caproni workshop in Arco, through the help of
27 workers, he built a "Scoiattolo" a day. |

After the big success of this model, he
broadened the production creating the "Super Scoiattolo", a vehicle with
much higher performances and an aggressive body.
His creation surely reached a huge success,
characterizing the 60es in such an important way, that it was necessary to
ask for contributions and financial supports.
He never got them anyway, since during his life
he always found people who never helped him to continue the production of
his "creature". |

In 1983 he founded the "Workshop Perini Bros.",
which became an individual shop from 1987. The
tradition and the innovation, the care for the particular still continue
today, in a modern workshop of design… and the legend goes on. |
